Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our staffing solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored solutions, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce our staffing solutions and build new business relationships.
  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality staffing solutions.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and staffing industry developments.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services and expand the client base.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
